Free Smokeless Fuel Delivery Across the UK
At Bulk-Coal, we offer free pallet delivery on smokeless fuel and coal to most UK mainland postcodes. Our pricing is transparent, with delivery included wherever possible.
Some areas — including parts of London and Scotland — may incur a small additional charge, which will be clearly shown at checkout.
Delivery Times
- Standard delivery: 3–5 working days
- We will contact you by phone to arrange a convenient delivery day before dispatch
- Deliveries are made Monday–Friday via our trusted pallet network
Pallet Sizes & Packaging
We supply all fuels in secure, easy-to-handle pallet quantities, ideal for home storage and bulk savings.
Available options:
- Full Pallet
- Half Pallet
- Quarter Pallet
Pallet dimensions:
- Base size: 1m x 1.2m
- Height: varies depending on product (up to 1.5m max)
All orders are carefully packed to ensure your fuel arrives clean, dry, and protected.
Delivery Vehicle & Access Requirements
Your order will be delivered using a tail-lift pallet delivery vehicle.
Important Delivery Conditions:
- Delivery is kerbside only
- A manual pallet truck is used to move the pallet
- The surface must be:
- Flat and level
- Solid (e.g. concrete, tarmac)
🚫 Delivery is not possible on:
- Gravel
- Grass
- Sand
- Slopes or steep inclines

Most UK mainland postcodes qualify for free smokeless fuel pallet delivery, including:
BB, BD, BL, HD, HX, M, OL, B, CV, DN, LS, WF, WA, YO, S, NG, LE, MK, NN, OX, SK, ST, WS, WV, BS, GL, NP, CF, BH, RG, SO and many more.

+£10 per pallet
🚚 Extended Areas
(AB1–10, BN, CA, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, GU, KA, KY, LD, LL, ML, PA, PL, SA, SY, TA, TD, TQ, TR, TS and others)
+£20 per pallet

All other postcodes (including Isle of Wight):

Returns Policy
If there is an issue with your order due to our error, we will cover all return costs in full.
If a return is required due to:
- Incorrect product ordered
- Delivery access issues
- Customer change of mind
A minimum charge of £80 will apply.
Cancellations Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of purchase.
Cancellation Conditions:
- Must be submitted in writing within 7 days
- Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
