All pallets include free delivery to most uk post codes some parts of Scotland and London may have added delivery charge on checkout
Standard Delivery is 3 to 5 working days we will call to arrange a day to suit you before it leaves our yard
Bagged Pallets
We have three choices for each product on our website full pallet, half pallet and quarter pallet all three pallets are 1m x 1.2m and height varies due to amount of product and type to a maximum of 1.5m.
Delivery Vehicle
Delivery Access
Delivery can only be to a flat area with no steep inclines, the manual pallet truck can only move pallets on flat level surfaces no grass, gravel, sand or loose substrate.
Free Delivery
Delivery is Free to Most UK Post codes But due to courier charges they may be a small delivery fee to some postcodes at check out.

Returns
If a return is required due to a fault of our own we will take full responsibility of all return costs.
If you require a return due to wrong fuel ordered or the delivery vehicle can not gain access etc there will be a minimum charge of £80
Cancellations
Cancellation/Returns Policy
1. The customer has the right to cancel any product or services
Any cancellation must be made within 7 days from the date of the order being placed, any complaints must be made by email or letter with in 48 hours of receipt of goods.
2. Cancellations are not accepted by telephone and must be by one of the following methods:
a. Electronic Mail to orders@ace-energy.co.uk
b. Letter to Ace Energy, Black Brook Way, Halifax, HX4 8ED. Letters will be have been deemed to be received two working days following the postmark date.
3. Customers are required to return the goods, at their own expense, to an address specified by Ace Energy Ltd, alternatively we can arrange collection / return of the goods and deduct the cost from the refund due
